DSST question

I submitted an e-mail request 10 days ago for shadowing at DSST. The return automated e-mail message says that they get back to people in the order received. Have others waited this long for a shadowing appointment at DSST?

    I believe it took about 2 days for DSST to respond to our inquiry...
